Drawn to the dynamic nature of real estate, Ryan McGhie has amassed over $73 million in sales since 2015. Born and raised in Cupertino, CA, Ryan spent a decade in Hawaii before trading in the palm trees for evergreens and making the move to Seattle. Ryan quickly fell in love with North Sound, immersing himself in the culture and becoming a neighborhood expert.

Ryan’s background in hotel management has given him unique and invaluable skills as an agent. His supervising responsibilities made him business savvy, coming in handy when faced with opportunities to negotiate. Ryan also worked closely with maintaining the hotel buildings themselves, becoming familiar with the ins and outs of the physical properties. Having worked in the luxury hospitality business for several years, Ryan helped people realize their dream vacations. Naturally, he was an immediate pro at helping people find their dream homes as well.
